What laptop is better for playing runescape/gaming?

The Toshiba Satellite C650D-115 is definitely the best option since it doesn't have integrated graphics, but at �250 I'd rather pay and extra �250 and build my own PC, laptops always tend to be poor for gaming as apposed to PCs, and PCs are much more expandable if you ever want to start playing higher graphic games, I'm playing WoW with the graphic options maxed out on a �500 custom build computer (Intel I7/ASUS GTX 460/6GB Memory etc) - desktops are the way forward!
