Is my record a fake? I'm terribly worried it is...?

A vinyl record can be shiny and new looking from 1969 so that does not prove it is not original. You can go to a record finder website with the release numbers and other things and verify that particular recording. If this record was pressed in Europe it would not be the same as one from the US. Whatever made you buy from someone in Croatia? If item is not as described, and you paid with Paypal, you can get your money back as the buyer. Open a dispute with Ebay within 45 days and request a refund. Of course you have to ship it back.
