How to carb cycle for bodybuilding?

Get the Pump- the last word in bodybuilding is a good book for explaining all aspects of bodybuilding you can get it for cheap on eBay basically though you want most of your carbs you consume throughout the day to be low glycemic or slow carbs like oatmeal,whole grains,sweet potatoes, brown rice and you want to cnsume high glycemic or fast carbs like bagels, white bread, potatoes, pasta white rice in the mornings to help against catabolism of muscles and post workout to spike blood sugar levels and help drive arginine and nutrients into the pumped muscle so it can have what it needs to grow and recover glycogen stores do your research and find out what works for you I just workout not for competition my goal is really strength and definition my ideal body type is similar to that of Bruce Lee so I put a lot of stock into piling exercises like pullups & lat pulldowns at 5'9 168Lbs. I can bench 300Lbs. My favorite bodybuilder is Lee Haney "Stimulate don't annihilate"
