How hard is it to get a job in the USA ?

It will honestly depend on where you are and when. If you look in the local newspaper they sometimes have chef jobs up. Its a lot easier if you look for a dish washing job, as horrible as it sounds and work your way up. My boyfriends brother accomplished that in less than two months. Job hunting sucks here unless you have degrees or a friend in the business. Good luck though :)
