Half Stack questions?

I am new to half stacks, heads and cabinets. Could a Blackstar HT-5H 5W Tube Amp Head power a Marshall MG412A 100W or something similar? Would the wats have to match? Would the different company manufactures cause a problem? (Blackstar head, Marshall Cab) I am totally new so anything helps. Thank you.
